Who runs it.
The Fourball Series is run by Simon Fletcher, founder of Dida Labs. For the past five years he has run the St Jordi Golf Society in Barcelona, a monthly society with a 30-year history that plays the same shotgun and lunch format. He is also the founder of BCN Golf Tours, a boutique golf tour business.
Simon knows the Gulf well. As co-founder of IOPn he negotiated a government contract with RAK DAO and a $100m joint venture with Phoenix Group, and as co-founder and COO of Megavrse he built the company that won Best Start-Up of the Year at the Arabian Business Awards 2024.
