What you get.
Four written assets. Nothing you have to interpret.
Your site, deck and outreach reviewed the way your buyer reads them. Where the story loses people, shown with specific examples — not scores or a traffic-light chart.
What problem do you make go away, and what changes for the buyer in the first quarter? If your own material can’t answer those in sixty seconds, I’ll show you exactly where it breaks down.
Your facts, numbers, logos and partnerships resequenced by commercial weight, so the strongest thing lands first instead of sitting below the fold.
What to change, in what order, and why. Written so you can hand it straight to a writer, a designer or an agency without translating it first.
More than a messaging opinion.
Most people who audit your positioning have only ever written about it. I spent a decade on the other side of the table: co-founding ventures, running operations, and closing partnerships at CEO level.
That matters for a small team, because the story problem is rarely just a story problem. It shows up in stalled partnership conversations, investor updates that don’t land, and a founder who has become the bottleneck in every room. Where it’s useful, the audit says so — and where the fix is commercial rather than editorial, I’ll tell you that too.
Behind it: narrative through NAGA’s $65m ICO on a Frankfurt-listed fintech, Tipser’s content engine before Bolt acquired it, a $100m partnership with RAK DAO negotiated CEO to CEO, and a joint venture with an ADX-listed company.
Frequently asked questions.
What does it cost?
From €1,200. The exact figure depends on how much material there is to review — one homepage is different from a homepage, deck and outreach sequence. You'll get a fixed number before anything starts.
How is this different from the Sprint?
The Audit diagnoses. The Sprint fixes. The Audit tells you exactly where the story is losing people and what to do about it; the Sprint is me doing that work with you over 30 days. Plenty of people start with the Audit and stop there, which is fine.
We're pre-seed with no marketing hire. Is this too early?
It's the cheapest time to do it. Fixing the story before it's printed on a website, a deck and a hundred outbound emails saves far more than it costs.
What do you need from us?
Links to whatever exists — site, deck, outreach, LinkedIn. One short call if there's context I can't get from the outside. That's it.
Do you only do positioning?
No. Positioning is where I start because it's usually the bottleneck. The wider work is partnerships, investor narrative and go-to-market, which is what I did as an operator at IOPn, Megavrse and NAGA before doing it as an adviser.
Not sure whether it’s the story or the product?
That’s usually worth twenty minutes on its own. Book a call and I’ll tell you straight.
