As co-founder, Simon built the investor narrative and partnership story, then negotiated the deals himself — across the table, over weeks and months.

Result

Simon secured the RAK DAO government contract in Ras Al Khaimah, which led to a joint venture with ADX-listed Phoenix Group — a six-year, $100m Web3 commitment to the emirate.

Built the outward-facing presence almost from scratch: email-gated industry reports that converted into well-attended webinars, plus a steady rhythm of B2B category education.

Result

A content engine that carried the company’s positioning and market credibility through to its acquisition by Bolt.

Situation

A Frankfurt-listed fintech entering the noisiest ICO market in history with a complex trading-plus-token product.

What changed

Simon led narrative and communications through the ICO cycle — one story held together across community, press and investors while the market shifted week to week.

Result

A $65m ICO cycle, with 63,000+ token-sale backers and coverage across crypto and finance press including TheNextWeb, Cointelegraph and Finance Magnates.

During the ICO we had to hold one credible story together for regulators, a listed-company audience and a crypto community that trusted nothing. Simon ran that narrative — $65m and 63,000 backers later, it’s clear how well.
